Southdowns National Park
South Downs National Park Authority asked us to pitch a motion graphics film to explain the new landscape-led Local Plan.
We felt that there was an ideal opportunity to create a film that was closer to nature than your usual motion graphics offering, and our pitch focus was highlighting the emotional connection of the residents towards the natural landscape.
Armed with our new wood lathe, and some crafty skills, we made all the props and hit the hills for 3 days with park rangers for the shoot. Afterwards, back in the studio, we added some CGI elements, like character faces, bird boxes, wooden cars etc.
