DreamLab

Mischief PR has contacted us to produce a 60 seconds explainer video for DreamLab, a joint venture of Vodafone Foundation and Imperial College London.

The aim was to emphasise the importance of this ground-breaking mobile app in a fun and consumable way. We had a little over two weeks to produce a social friendly film that introduces DreamLab, including writing, storyboarding and animation.

The idea behind the app is truly awesome – by putting your phone on charger overnight and opening DreamLab you allow it access to unused processing power. And guess what it’s used for… fighting cancer! Through the internet connection your phone powers a virtual supercomputer, analysing billions of combinations of existing cancer drugs, therefore speeding up cancer research. You even get to choose the project you want to support.
